Welcome to Yorkshire launches Yorkshire Pass for tourists
3rd Oct 2010
Welcome to Yorkshire, the tourism organisation that represents UK’s largest county, has launched a ‘Yorkshire Pass’ for tourists. Available online and from all Visitor Information Centres, the Yorkshire Pass offers entry to over 70 of Yorkshire’s top attractions, from Yorkshire Wildlife Park to the Air Museum at Elvington and from JORVIK Viking Centre to the National Railway Museum in York.
According to a report in asiatraveltips.com, used in conjunction with a special offers booklet, the Pass facilitates visits to some of Britain’s most popular attractions at a fraction of the normal cost. Passes cost from 30 Pound to 70 Pound with special prices for children. The cost of the passes depends on the number of days that they are valid for. The Yorkshire Pass is valid for the dates stated on the card and is not valid for same-day return visits to any one attraction. There are also over 60 special offers included with the Yorkshire Pass, such as discounts on shopping, restaurants, theatre tickets and all the best that Yorkshire has to offer.
