Travel InfoTech unveils DocBuddy targeting corporates and IATA agents
23rd Nov 2010 Chennai-based Travel InfoTech has unveiled new product software titled ‘DocBuddy’ targeting clients such as IATA agents, corporates etc. DocBuddy is a tool to create customised documents for E- tickets receipts, itineraries, short messages and low fare quote for travel agents. The product features include: customised template, adding service fee to the ticket, support of all mail clients used by Galileo desktop, blackberry device format, trip plans for customers, separate footer for Itinerary and E -ticket receipts, generation of single document for group bookings and multiple low fare quote without creating a PNR. The company plans to market this product in India through email campaign and mass interaction with travel agents and corporates.
The company offers consultation on business process automation, active solutions that interact with legacy GDS systems, customisation of front end system for the GDS, integration of third party inventory and database, Internet booking engines, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), software application development.
