RateTiger launches guest review management tool for hotels
26th Oct 2010 RateTiger by eRevMax, an online benchmarking and channel management for the hospitality industry, has announced the launch of its latest product RTSuite Review, an online guest review consolidator for hotels. The new platform enables hotels to manage their brand reputation and interact directly with guests across multiple hotel review sites.
According to a press release, RTSuite Review will gather customer reviews from guest review websites and categorise them based on different parameters (e.g. hotel facilities, F&B, customer service and cleanliness). The hotelier can choose any review period from the last seven days up to 24 months, assess people’s comments, respond where possible and gather critical marketing information through statistics – for example top sites, total reviews, monthly reviews, customer satisfaction levels, average ratings by product, website, age analysis and many more.
