The social media analytics tool will help FastBooking client hotels track what is being said about their hotel across influential social media websites. FastBooking Social Media analyses consumer sentiments extracted from hotel reviews, travel blogs, photos and videos on influential sites across the web and tracks perception of the hotel relative to perceptions of competitors’ hotels. FastBooking Social Media mines consumer sentiments from the actual text in guest reviews on more than 250 sites.
