Kerala, a constricted, productive strip on the south west coast of India is surrounded with Lakshwadeep Sea on one side and the Western Ghats on the other, whose intense forests and widespread ridges have sheltered Kerala from many intruders. Kerala is known as the spice coast of India. Steam capped mountains with fabulous water falls give you a tremendous Kerala highland trek tour experience. The most exciting place for trekking in south India is meesapulimala which will give you the most thrilling experience of trekking with wildlife sceneries and the add on to this flavor will be the matching heavy rains and heavy winds following you.

Destinations Covered : Munnar, Ellappatti camp, Rado valley, Meesapulimala, Suryanelli
Day 01: Cochin - Munnar (140 kms/4.5 hrs)
On Arrival at Cochin you will be met by our representative and will take
you to Munnar (140 Kms / 04 Hrs). At Munnar go for a short trek to the camping
site atop a rock that overlooks a shoal. In the evening go to the mountain
ridge line near the camp that provides an excellent view of the tea plantations.
Night time enjoy the campfire & the starlit sky. Overnight stay at the
tents. Day 02: Ellappatti camp
About 6 hours trek through the green grasslands and valleys takes you to the camp set amidst the wilderness where people roam about carefree. The trench keeps you away from any danger while the scenery is Breathtaking. A walk to the spine of the hill gives you a bird's eye view of Kodaikanal. Overnightstay in tent.
Day 03: Rodo Valley
Then trek to the valley covered with rhododendrons running wild at over 7000ft.Explore the Silva Malai where the camp is set. Then take a trek to the nearby waterfalls and pools where you can take a dip in the crystal clear cool waters. Sit besides t
Day 04: Meesapulimala
Trek to Meesapulimala situated at over 8600ft hence can be truly called "TOP OF THE WORLD" from where you can get a spellbounding view of the plains of Tamil Nadu & Kodaikanal from across a deep gorge. One can also see the world's highest tea garden "Kolukumalai" and the deep ravines of the silent valley. Later trek down to Suryanelli and camp there.
Day 05: Suryanelli
In Suryanelli trek around the Anaerangal lake. Also visit the tribal inhabitants
of the area and the cardamom & pepper plantations in the village. Have
lunch by the side of the lake and return in the evening. At the tents bite
into a barbeque dinner besides the campfire.Day 06: Departure
Transfer to Railway station / Airport to connect train / Flight for return journey.
